I have my DNS-323 wired directly to my computer and using its default 192.168.0.32 address. After upgrading firmware the 1.10, the device rebooted and I'm no longer able to connect using that address. I've tried hard reset using the reset button on the back of the device and still no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

thanks!

Have you tried using the Easy Search Utility and see if the device is still set with the static IP you expect?

Yes I have with no luck, it doesn't find the device. The 192.168.0.32 is the default IP address the device configures itself when it doesn't get an IP address from DHCP. Is this still the case with 1.10?

thanks for your help

Have you tried powering off the DNS-323 for a short time?

How does your computer get its IP address - DHCP or fixed IP?  Are they on the same subnet?

Have you tried putting the IP address in to a web browser http://192.168.0.32?  What was the result?

Those are the first few things I can think of for you to try, if you haven't already.
