Title: how to upgrade DCS 920 firmware to v1.03?

please help with step by step instructions on how to upgrade my dcs920 to new firmware.
the led redlight is constantly on and i Cant connect to the camera.

Have you looked at Dlink's support site?

Camera might also need hard reset... If you do that is light still on constantly?
