Title: getting the DCS-2339L account working

Got my RG45 5e cable question squared away, so now I need help getting a successful D'link account set up. I've tried numerous times and I keep getting a fail result. I'm using an older Windows XP machine. It has good memory and hard drive requirements meant. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Did you set up a email account with the mydlink.com site and register there first?
What browser are you using with the mydlink.com site? Try IE11 or FF.

Can you try to register the camera with a Windows 7 PC?

Thank you for your response. I'm using FF. I have not went to their site. I was using the setup site to try to get an account. I will go to the website and setup my email first. Thank you for the information.
