Sensor is now offline but connected to wireless.
« on: November 13, 2015, 07:16:39 AM »

Sensor is offline in App and gone on homepage.

Sensor is connected to my wireless – can ping both devices (two 150S).
And no, I don’t want to do a reset. I have not done anything so this error must be related to DLINK.
Oh what a pain, first all the trouble with the 935L and now this.

What to do?

Regards

What Mfr and model is the main host router?
What wireless modes are you using?
  • Any other WiFi routers in the area that maybe causing interferences? Link> Use a WiFi Scanner to find out. How many?

Try this as well:
I just solved this issue and it seems that you have to re-install your unit.

I started the new unit guide in the app and  pressed the reset button on my Motion detection until it re-initializes, do the WPS bonding and THEN it started to update the firmware thru the app.

Works fine now but in app upgrade didn't seem to work.

There is nothing wrong with my wireless system - both 150S have connected to my wireless just fine - I can ping both devices.

AND: One 150S (It was "armed") is actually sending me notifications when movement is detected so this is sometyhing in the systems of DLINK.  Now I simply cannot disarm this 150S.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.

Can you check with any other wifi devices to see if you can get it working?
