Author Topic: Motion detection triggers when switching between Day and Night modes  (Read 2987 times)

I have configured my camera to send me an email when it detects motion.  The problem is it triggers when the camera switches between day and night modes.  Regardless of what I set the sensitivity to, it always happens.  So I get emails in the morning when the sun comes up and emails at night when the sun goes down.

Any thoughts on how to resolve this?

Unless the firmware is updated with the ability to schedule motion detection within predefined time periods, there is no plausible solution to your issue other than leaving the camera in night mode (or day mode) 100% of the time.
