Hello
I now have four DCS 930L cameras that seem to be bricked. When I power up the cameras, the front light stays solid red, and the blue light on the back also stays on solid. Connecting the ethernet port to a variety of different networks has no impact. Holding the reset button for 10 to 60 seconds has no impact, and holding the reset button for 10 to 60 seconds while powering up has no impact.
Has anyone else has a similar experience? Each camera is probably running a different firmware version since they have slowly failed over time. The cameras didn't fail during a firmware upgrade. Instead they just failed, which in normal use.
Is there any sort of very low level reset I can perform if I open the camera housing?
Thanks

Try this: Emergency Recovery Mode (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=44909.msg163599#msg163599)
"These cameras default ip is 192.168.0.20 after finding out on google. Set pc to a static ip of 192.168.0.100, then logged into camera and uploaded the *.bin camera rebooted 2 mins later to its previous configuration."

Thanks for the info, but I didn't have any luck. The cameras don't reply on 192.168.0.20. In fact, they don't seem to even negotiate a physical link.
