Dual SSID: one 2.4 GHz and one 5 GHz?
« on: March 13, 2012, 06:04:17 AM »

It's not really clear to me from the data sheet, user manual, emulator, etc.  Can I have two SSIDs active at the same time with one at 2.4 GHz and one at 5 GHz?  ...or can the two radios not be running at the same time (i.e., all SSIDs are either one or the other)?

Ya even the web isn't specific in telling however I presume this is a dual band device which means either 2.4 or 5Ghz can be used, and not at the same time. You can try to set each one up and see if it broadcasts the SSID. Let us know what you find out.

Up to 3 SSID (same SSID used 2.4 or 5) but only one wireless band can be active at any one time and user selects either 2.4 or 5ghz  (then saves conig) and up to 3 SSID will broadcast
