What browser are you using?

napapi is a Java Plug In.

Use IE11 or FF ESR version of there browser.

In IE11, check the add-ons with in IE11 for java for this plug in.

Be sure your getting the ESR version of FF, not the normal standard version of there browser.

"Add the exception" where and how?

IS FF not giving an option to add an exception by chance?

Is the browser trying to use HTTP or HTTPS with the IP address of your camera?

Might try adding to the either security preferences of FF or Advanced. Hmmm. Haven't had this issue. Possible older FW on camera doesn't work with newer version of FF ESR.

Any other options are welcome ;)

make sure Java is installed and the java NAPAPI plug in is seen by FF or IE11. And also enter in the IP address of the camera into Java's exception list as well.

Ok, here is what I get with my Windows 10x64 PC:
IE11 x32: (https://image.ibb.co/mt2J6w/IE11_Windows10x64_DCS933_L.png)
IT did asked me to install the video plug in that IE was missing. I installed it then closed IE then reopened IE11.

FF ESR v52.4.0 (32-bit):

This adds the exception to FF.

I had to update Java first.
Then use HTTP://IP address of camera.
I asked me to Activate Plug in on the video preview screen on the cameras UI, then allow plugin and remember plug in pop up.
