Hi there,
Im having trouble connecting my iPhone wirelessly using my 615 router. The iPhone sees the router, but cannot connect to it using the router password that i have. Any ideas on what could be the issue here?
Thanks.

Funkmajic,
What firmware version are you running on the router? Try following this FAQ and create a new Wireless Network name.. http://support.dlink.com/faq/view.asp?prod_id=2484

Im using 2.25 firmware

Again, you guys have been excellent. Thanks again

make sure your iphone is running the latest code. They addressed that issue with the 2.2 code.

better late than never...
go to the router settings "192.168.0.1"
..click "wireless settings",
..click "manual wireless connection setup",
..un-check "enable auto channel scan"
.. change "wireless channel" to CH 1 or whatever,
.. make sure "Cipher type" is "AES",
..re-type your pre-shared key,
..click "save settings" on top and send me $50 dollars. ;D ;D ;D

I done this. Afterwards, we were able to hook up our Iphones. My computer, hooked to the router with the Ethernet cord worked just fine. My son's desktop did as well but we could not get my wife's lap top to connect again and couldn't until we reset the router again, which, changed the settings back and kept us from using our Iphones. Any reason you could think of that would prevent her lap top from hooking up after we did these adjustments? thanks in advance!

Is it a older laptop? What wireless NIC is she using? Probably not AES compatible.
