Most MTU features are kept under Internet manual settings sections in D-Link FW.
You don't see any MTU features anywhere in the UI?

Cool found it, was alreayd at the proper setting. Should I use dynamic or static IP?

Where was it?
Dynamic for WAN IP? Depend on your ISP if your asking about this. Most use Dynamic unless you pay for a static IP address.
For LAN side devices, you can set static on those devices that don't need much internet access. Printer, NAS, cameras phones and controllers.

alright, hmm not sure why the connection keeps bouncing on and off. Still cant find the issue in my control panel. I know it is stable when the router isn't connected
