Hello,

When i will configure a VPN SSL Access on my DSR 1000N i dont find the USERs menue the advanced menue, so i cant create a Domain for SSL Users.
i have logged on as the default admin.

Where i can find and define the domain? Firmware 1.03B12_WW Hardware Version A1

What region are you located?

Is there any information regarding this in the User Manual?

Be advised that your router is behind on FW updates:
http://www.dlink.com/uk/en/support/product/dsr-1000n-wireless-n-dual-band-unified-service-router

It may need to be updated...

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
