What Mfr and model is the main host router?
What wireless modes are you using?
What is the distance between the Camera and the main host router?
Try using a Static IP address ON the camera?

Was a factory reset performed after loading the last FW and set up from scratch?

Try a factory reset, then this time, associate the camera to the main host routers SSID name and PW and not WPS.
