Remote access is SLOW
« on: October 07, 2017, 02:27:06 PM »

I have a DSR-250 setup as a static connection. No VLAN, DHCP is off since our server provides DHCP. I have a dedicated internet connection with ATT that provides 200Mbps up and down. All workstations are able to connect to the internet with no issues. The problem is anytime I connect remotely to our network or a vendor, our connection is very slow. Doesn't matter how we're connecting via Teamviewer or Logmein, RDP, etc, its very slow. I also noticed since we started using this router, our cloud backup service is failing because it's timing out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Link>Welcome!

  • What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under the router case.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
  • What region are you located?
  • Are you wired or wireless connected to the router?

Internet Service Provider and Modem Configurations
  • What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
  • What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have?
