Ciao,
using iPad as a HUB.
Invited members of family to view camera.
They see it only when on the same WI-FI.
No loading when on LTE.
I see it nice and easy when accessing remotley.
HUB is with same ID of multiple devices that have access with use of LTE.
Wife has different ID but invited ancd in the family.
Puzzled.

FurryNutz:
Not sure if multi user access is supported on this. I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.

GreenBay42:
Very late response but for future users with the same question

The OMNA app will not allow multiple users since the camera can be registered to 1 OMNA account.

Apple does allow multiple users with the Home app.  --> https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204893#share

I have the same problem... Worked initially when first set up the remote access both me and me wife could access the camera remotely within Apples Home app. Then it stopped working for my wife and has been this way for several month now. It's not even working for her if I download the Omna app and login with my credentials in it. Works fine when she's home but there is no point accessing the camera when at home... Tried removing her from my home (app) and re-invited her but it's still not working.
Also tried removing the omna camera from my home app, reset the camera and added it again to my home app.

Tips on how to solve it?

@mrNiceTia I have an Omna 180 camera set up on my Home setup and can view it remotely via the Apple TV 4th gen.  My wife has permission to view and edit the Home but she's unable to view the camera remotely.  She uses her own apple id.  Does that matter?
