why i cannot login into DNA (dlink network assistant)?

bought a new switch (dlink dgs-1100-26), managed to get it working, other computers work through a wired connection, but i cannot connect to dna, for whatever reason. also, cannot see the other users in the dna software. also, cannot log in into the dna software, for whatever reason. i enter the user and the pass, but it says it's invalid. why?

Did you download the latest version of the support site?
What version of Chrome are you using?

Checking with the user manual, can you see if there is any switch web UI access features for this model switch?

yes, the web ui works fine, that's not the problem. i can log in to that without any issues. the thing is that DNA doesn't let me see all the people that are connected to the switch (i think this is what it's supposed to do). also, i cannot log in to the DNA software, it says that the user or password is wrong, even though i put in the exact credentials like on the web ui thingy.

Check after updating the switch, if the program still doesn't work right, I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
