Motion detection icon in my webpage

Hi guys,
I want to insert an icon into a webpage that signal if something is moving into the window. In the HTML example i found that there is no reference to the red window which appears on the live video streaming.
There is such a way to signal the access in another way?
Any help will ne appreciated.
