D-Link Wireless Adapters > DWA-131

Won't work with Windows 10

Hi,

Just bought DWA-131. Windows 10 recognizes it as Wireless N Nano USB Adapter but it is in faulted state.
No drivers provided on site work.
How can the issue be resolved please?

Try using the last known drivers from the web site. If those will not work, then I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

I was told to contact again in September since there is no plan for now to support Windows 10
