Control DCS-6915 From Custom Program

I was curious if anyone knew a way to control the DCS-6915 camera via HTML or custom script. I've been trying to send GET requests to the camera's web page but I keep getting authorization failure issues. I've tried setting up a custom user and using the username and password for that, but no joy so far.

I was wondering if anyone knew exactly which webpages to call to control the camera (rotate left, rotate right, zoom, etc), and how to properly authorize without using the web browser. I'm looking for control not viewing.

Just to clarify, this program will be run on the same local network the camera is on. So there's no need to access from an external place.
