Wireless Connection Manager will not run
« on: July 03, 2012, 02:36:22 PM »

I have just installed a new DWA-556 network adapter, including the driver from the DVD drive supplied. However, I find that Wireless Connection Manager refuses to run, both from the desktop icon and from double-clicking the file in Windows Explorer. Help, please! My PC is running Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.

Let Windows handle the connections.  Uninstall the Dlink Connection Manager and use the built in Network and sharing center to manage your connection.

You might try the version from the web site aswell. The drivers on the disk maybe older than whats on the web.
