Qos setup help

i want my xbox and my main computer which are wired connected to have the highest priority than the other two laptops that are connected wireless. my question is how do i go about doing that? specifically what do i put under "local Ip Range", "remote ip range" and to "protocal to "local port range". any help would be appreciated and thanks for reading.
