Lost of visibility of Channel 12 & 13 in Driver v1.30

In the DWA-142 D-Link driver package version 1.30, it has lost the ability to detect WLAN that operates in the channels 12 & 13.

I have one of the WLAN that runs on DGL-4300 which operates in channel 13, and after installation of the DWA-142 D-Link driver package version 1.30, the adapter lost the ability to "see" the WLAN and thus unable to connect to it.

I live in a country where channel 12 & 13 are allowed. Is there any solution to this issue?

I installed version 1.30 and lost visibility of all wireless LANs.  I had to uninstall it.
