Ah, ok, presumed you gamed on console. Yes, you need to put the PC you game on in the Gamefuel rule.

Furry,

I don't game on the console.  That again is daughter's BF.  Between XBox 360 & downloads he hogs so much bandwidth.  I do game on the PC but not on the console.  Should I be concerned about setting PC's up in gamefuel?

Chris,

I have used Dynamic IP address in Network Settings but assigned each PC a static IP address.  Is this ok?  Or do I need to change this?

I meant as in if you got all dynamics they will change therefore you would need to assign static Ip address.

Static Ip addresses: Are those that the router keep constently assign to that device Mac address

Dynamic Ip addresses: Are those that have a lease time and expire after X amount of time or after your device is rebooted they will be assigned new Ip addresses.

P.s I will soon log off, I am a mess right now and so is my typing. Multitasking ain't easy you know.

If others application do try to utilize those ports they will be denied access! So any issues you may encounter it might be due to this. I hope it works, no problem I enjoy helping those in need! Special thanks to FurryNutz for also contributing to a solution!

I'm not sure if it worked.  I will keep you posted.  I have to wait for a good time to access his computer and check his recent downloads but yesterday in just a few hours time he had already downloaded 700+ meg.  He usually downloads 3 or more movies at the same time.  I had to block his MAC address in the meantime.

This didn't work at all.  I had to block his MAC address to prevent him from hogging all the bandwidth.  :(

And did you put his PC into the gamefule rule and set a low priority? 100-200 or 255? If thats in the rule and your game PC is set for a higher priority, you shouldn't see any issues when gaming.
