Router settings are changing - losing connectivity
« on: May 30, 2010, 06:58:45 AM »

Hi
I don't think this is the right place to post this but I can't find a link for my D-LINK DSL 524t router anywhere on the forum. I wonder can you suggest a fix to this problem or point me in the right direction.
My ISP has recently changed the connection details for the router i.e Connection username, password and the VCI VPI settings also. Every time there is a power cut to the router these new setting that I have entered are changed back to the original default settings and I lose connectivity. Is there any way to permanently save the new settings as the default settings to prevent this problem from happening? I can't find a lot of info about this. I think it's an old router type. Any help would be appreciated
