3G USB adapter settings

I have a Huawei K3715 USB stick which works fine on my laptop with Vodafone client. I try to connect it to the router BUT:
1) My country is not listed (Cyprus)
2) and so, my provider is not listed.
3) The dial number is my card's number or ISP dial up number?

Do I have a way to use that feature or is it only for those countries. I have firmware 1.31EU.

BTW why do I use the EU version if my country is not listed? even Greece is not listed in the EU fw.

So, my conclusion is that there is not enough knowledge on 3G adapters. Does anyone know of any way to get directly support from dlink? My past experiences ended up in no way to contact them by email for support, or even if I found an address, I never got a reply.
