Plugin Issues with Google Chrome andFirefox Browsers
« on: April 13, 2017, 08:03:57 AM »

A couple weeks ago, the web browsers must have made a change, as the plugins that I had installed to view my MyDlink Cameras don't work. I followed the MyDlink popup window instructions to reinstall new plugins on Chrome, but the instructions don't match my address box (missing the "plugin icon"), so its still not working. I still can only access the cameras on my old Internet Explorer web browser.

I'd like to get back to using Chrome or Firefox for monitoring the camera feeds... any suggestions?

Thanks!

Use IE11 for Windows and Safari for Mac. There is a ESR for FF as well if you want to use FF:
