My Cam does not send notification after setting FTP

(1/2) > >>

b1t:
Hello,
I have a DCS-942LB that I've configured to send me push notifications and email notifications when it detects a motion.
It always worked well until two days ago when I set the FTP backup: the camera correctly save clip both on sd card and on FTP server but it does not send anymore email/push notifications.
I tried to reboot my camera but the problem remains.
How can I solve this issue?

Link>Welcome!

* What Hardware version is your DCS? Look at the sticker behind or under the camera.
* Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the DCSs web page under status.
* What region are you located?
What Mfr and model is the main host router?

I recommend setting a static IP address ON the cameras outside of the main host routers default DHCP IP address pool as a troubleshooting step: 192.168.#.94  DHCP

b1t:
Hello,
These are the details of my CAM:
Firmware Version 2.12.04
Hardware Version: B
Model: DCS-942LB.

I have already set a static IP and correctly configured my router.
I have always received notifications correctly in these months until few days ago when I set camera to send video to my FTP server: the first day all worked correctly, until it has stopped without reason

FurryNutz:
You might factory reset the camera and set up from scratch and configure the FTP.
Be sure that your FTP PC/server is away and accepting connections.

b1t:
As I sad in my first post, the camera correctly detects video motions and correctly save video both in sd card and on the FTP server, but does not send push?email notifications to my smartphone.
