Greetings,
just bought a second hand 2630L in good condition.
The camera had a flawless setup and binding to the mydilnik cloud service.
Video feed is excellent, the speaker is working for use of a two way audio, but the microphone transmits no sound :(
I tested with mydlink+, the new mydlink and the tinycam monitor pro app, from all of them I can hear a quiet hush, but no distinctive sound.
When trying the two way audio, the hush changes a little bit, but no words or noises can be recognized.
The mydlink+ app has two way chat option, which I enabled and disabled in row, but no results with either setting can be produced.
I setup the camera with the same mydlink+
Tried reset and factory defaults with no luck.
When talking to the camera, I can hear my echo /feedback/ from its speaker, which leads me to the conclusion that the microphone is working?!
If anyone has any idea how to start the sound transmission?

Put in a microSD card, and record video (turn on audio in the camera in f/w webpages).
This will tell at least prove that the camera microphone works or not and not a transmission problem.

I tested some videos yesterday, didn't check the mic if it was enabled or not, but had no sound. Because I deleted the files, I will make another try and will get back soon.
Edit: after a second test I can confirm that the sound /mic/ is not running in the recorded video.
Any suggestions on how to replace the mic itself, or the mic board?

I took a dcs-2330l apart and have a couple pictures. I can't tell if the microphone was soldered to the board or it's the light sensor. The PIR looks plugin.
The internet has almost everything, so I took a chance on it and found this:

Looks great, thanks!
Now can we assume this is an ordinary mic, that I can buy in the electronics' shop, than solder it to the existing wires, or it is a special spare part in one piece, that I need to order from some d-link spare parts dealer etc.?

Sorry, no idea. Google?

Ok, it turns out to be the worse case, and it is a specialized board with some microphone on it:

Obviously my camera is a different HW version, compared to the one in the tutorial of ifixit.
Now if there is a chance to find D-Link support, that can deliver this type of board in my country, than I can go on air :)
.....rather doubt so
