Cannot see motion detection attachments on cell phone
« on: May 08, 2014, 09:28:55 AM »

I can see the attachments sent from 942 and 5020 but not the 932 on my LG Nexus 5. I can see all the attachments on my laptop. Wonder why?

The email attachments from your DCS-932L are viewable when accessed from your laptop email but not when checking your mobile device email? Are the attachments visible in the email and just not readable on your mobile device?

All the attachments from 932 are viewable on the laptop. Only the attachments from 5020 and 942 show up on the cell phone.
Just blanks from 932 when viewing on cell phone.

I understand that the images do not display on your mobile phone, but do the emails indicate that there are attachments or are the emails truly blank?

The email shows camera name, ip address and time and then just blank. The other cameras also show attachments followed by 6 photos.
