Hi

I bought a DGS-1100-08P switch and is working perfectly, but I can not activate the POE. How do I activate the POE on ports 1,2 and 3 for example? Currently all ports are Power OFF. I need to know the procedure to activate Power ON?

• What Hardware version is your switch? Look at sticker under the switch case.
• Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the switches web page under status or console utility.
• What region are you located?

Might review the user manual for this information. There maybe a utility as well to configure the switch.

I've looked at the manual and does not say how to enable POE. Power ON. Also called on the Dlink Brazil support and They did not know how

I presume you do have POE enabled devices to connect to it? It maybe that the DGS has POE enabled and you just need to connect POE devices to it...
