Problem with D-viewcam mobile

hi,

I have installed the program and from iphone I can see only the names of my 5 cameras but not the image.
I have the DCS-7413 and DCS-7010L.

the configuration seems ok since the iphone can show the cameras names.

please help. I wish to see the camera when I am traveling.
