Title: Can't access camera away from home.
Post by: NightDaughter on February 07, 2017, 05:54:49 AM
I can view my camera only when selecting 'view local cameras" but when I try to sign in, it says my password is incorrect while giving me no way to change it.

Can you change the PW while you are at home using PC and at mydlink.com then input the new PW on your phone?
Make sure you are inputting correct characters and not mis-typing incorrect characters.
What phone are you using? Apple or Android?
Try un-installing the app, then reboot your device then re-install it.

Let us know if a desktop PC does the same thing.

This might be something phone support will need to handle...

I had an issue where the DNR202L lets you setup a strong password, but the APP only allows so many characters, so you have to trim the password down.
