I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.

How do i get power consumption details through IFTTT if it supports ?

Hi guys,
I just found that d-link smart plug support IFTTT. I use a 3-rd party software and tonggle on/off of plug using IFTTT maker. I found out that there is no way to get the real status of the plug, so if someone from home used the mobile app to power off plug, I can not get a feedback from this. Comparing with other related smart plugs on IFTTT (another brand), they give feedback if device switched on/off. I suppose it is not a rocket science to be part of d-link IFTTT  :D
