DCS-6010L Fisheye Cam no video playback on mydlink Lite?

I have mydlink Lite on my iPhone and it shows all my cameras: DCS-942L, DCS-5222L & DCS-6010L.

I noticed that while the playback button appears for all the other cameras, the playback button does not show for DCS-6010L. Is this function not supported for this model?

On the web portal, video playback is supported for all models, including DCS-6010L. I could playback the videos for all my cameras. Hence, I do not think there is any problem with my setup.

I called technical support and it was apparent the girl who answered my call did not understand my query. I was asked to remove the camera from my account and to add it back. Needless to say, the problem remained.

If video playback is not supported for this model, could D-Link add it as it is very useful?

This feature may not be supported on that model camera, I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
