Help - Error When Install DPR Product - DPR 1061

Hi there,
I'm sorry if I put the thread in wrong category.

I'm just bought DPR-1061, and wanna installed on each PC.
we have 4 computers that will connect to that DPR.
every PC have specification:
windows 7 pro
run under workgroup environment.
installed MSE (microsoft security essential)
user will run under user privileged for daily use (not an administrator)
2 of them have successful installed. but the rest always show an errror.
I've tried to turn off firewall, activate (turn on) file and printer sharing, but still get same result.
need help please. thanks.

  • What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under DPR.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the DPRs web page under status.
  • What region are you located?

Is Windows 7 x32 or x64?

Turn off all anti virus and firewall programs on PC while installing.
