I am trying to install this camera. IE 11 will not allow the Active-X to load nor will MS (Win7Pro) allow the digital certificate to be installed (Microsoft Security Advisory 3097966)
I have emailed twice on these issues with no response. Disappointed and will affect my future buying decisions as I am a reseller as well.

I recommend you upgrade to the latest FW.
Use IE or FF and disable any browser add-ons and PC security programs before starting this.
Download the FW file and unpack the .zip file.
I recommend using a LAN wired connection from the camera to the main host router for this. Unless you are sure you have a GOOD wireless connection between the main host routers wifi and the camera, use LAN wired.
Factory reset, log into the cameras web page and use the cameras web page to upload the .bin FW file.
Clear out any browser caches then close the browser then reopen.
Factory reset once more then set up from scratch.
You shouldn't see any Certificate messages.

Did as suggested. Used different computer with Internet Explorer cache cleared. Factory reset, downloaded firmware from support page. Attempted upload of firmware but after a couple seconds web interface displayed http error 500. Still no response from tech support and i emailed them a couple weeks ago. Very disappointed.

You might phone contact D-Link support instead of email.
