IP Cam View for Windows Phone 7 or higher, free to try, $1.99 to buy. Available from the WP market page at: http://www.windowsphone.com/en-us/store/app/ip-cam-viewer/e764b794-60e8-df11-9264-00237de2db9e. Just video, no audio. Includes several public webcams as well.  It took me a while to get it to work on 3G but it was not the fault of the app, it was my fault for changing the default IP address of the DCS-932L. However the manual from D-Link could have included a warning on this topic. I think a company of the size of D-Link should have an app for Windows Phones.

Great List of apps....

Would have been great if you could have mentioned in front of all apps what can they record

VIDEO and/or AUDIO

Dlink should thank you for doing them a favor as their pathetic DView can record but cant play in any other app, you have to install the DVIEW app on all the locations where you want to view the recording... so much for cheap surveillance solutions & offering.....you are helping them to sell their cheap cameras without their software support and giving users choice of other apps at one location..

keep up the good work.

I am currently looking for free app for DCS-930L with Audio recording.

Will update on my findings

Thanks,

the list says ...
D-ViewCam (Android) - Platforms: iPhone Cost: Free     (Last Updated: 12/2012)
D-ViewCam (iPhone/iPad) - Platforms: Android Cost: Free     (Last Updated: 12/2012)
those are reversed!
It may be useful to subdivide the list by platform!
