iRadio can't make connection next time after being powered down

Hi,
got two iRadio's wireless connected on my DIR-855 without any problems.  Now bought the RCR-7WF from sangean (clock radio) and was able to make a connection to my DIR-855.  After I power off the iRadio and switch it back on, the device can't connect.  It connects, but can't get thru to connect.
When I go back to set up, put the right security profile, pasword into the iRadio, everythings works again.
The other two iRadio's seem to keep their connection to the router while being switched off.  But this thing stops it's connection and has to rebuild the connection when powered on.
Tried to change security to WEP, WPA, WPA2.  No protection or WEP is not really an option for me.
Anyone an idea?
