Did this issue happen one time after upgrading your firmware or is this a recurring issue after the upgrade?

ok, let me share with you what i have been done.

1. I bought the camera came with 1.0 firmware
2. I direct update the firmware to 1.03b and i seen this issue occurred
3. I thought the 1.03b firmware cause it happen then i revert back to 1.02b but still seeing this issue

* The funny thing is once i restart the router, everything goes fine but can't stay long. All wireless devices that connected to the router except the camera will be back to "no internet access" status but i able to ping website like google, yahoo, facebook.

Maybe I'm just a moron but how do I update this camera with this firmware?

My camera is v1.00 and I've downloaded the firmware from the forum, visited http://**ip**/eng/admin/tools_firmware.cgi (yes I replaced **ip** with the correct ip address) and I've tried all of the files one after the other and none of them seem to work. They all just take me back to /eng/admin/update.cgi with the same form showing all of the same info asking for a file upload again. Thoughts would be helpful!

Update 1: I managed to go from 1.00 to 1.02 (the above post was about 1.03). I'm now going to try 1.02 to 1.03.

Update 2: Nope, none of the files in the downloadable zip are working for update. the zip contains the files:

* aes.key.rsa
* certificate.info
* sign.sha1.rsa
* update.aes
* update.bin.aes

The biggest file is update.aes but none of them work. I've also tried renaming the zip to download_name.bin and using that but also with no success. Help would be appreciated.

Update 3: using mydlink.com I was able to update the camera to whatever their latest firmware is which I think was 1.03_xx. I am happy to report the camera is working better than ever.

This version is not available at the ftp site and there is an error on the main download site. Did d-Link pull it because of a malfunction or is it save to install?

I don't know if its because I'm in Europe, but I've just downloaded firmware 1.04 (4026)

It doesn't seem to make any difference to anything. Sadly the problems (lags, poor image quality, no portrait orientation, and not even a quit button!) are in the app, which seems to have been developed by someone without either a child, or smartphone.
