Hi !
Thank you very much for your support !
HW version A1, firmware 1.09. I am trying to send capture to a local FTP set on my router. Test image is uploaded successfully, but that's all. I have tried to enable sound detection too, but with no result.
I am located in Romania.

If I may add something: I have now set the camera to send image(s) via email when a motion is detected and this works. So, should I have some special settings on the ftp server ? Since it's local I have allowed everybody r/w rights. Access the ftp from a computer works with no problem.

What special settings are you talking about?

You should be able to set up anonymous ftp.

I recommend that you phone contact your ISP support office and ask for help and information regarding this. If this unit was provided by the ISP, then it may have there own FW and support features which will need to be addressed directly with the ISP since it's there HW. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.
