WBR-2310 & DCS-900W

When within my network I can access the camera no problem.
But I cannot access the camera from the Internet.

Primary and Secondary Ports have been set and confirmed the same on both units.
Wireless ID and Channel are confirmed same.
Have tried turning off Windows Firewall..... no help, same problem.

From the net I can Ping the computer IP but when I ping the IP + Port... no response.
This is a Static IP Assignment and all other Internet functions are normal.

At another place I have a WBR-2310 and DCS-1000w's with no problems.
