Title: Management Question

New to the forums.  I acquired a DSN-4100 SAN (this was the closest model I found on the forum).  I'm trying to access the management page but can't connect to it.  I have plugged my laptop into the management port and changed my IP accordingly.  I can ping the default IP ( and the web server on the SAN is up but when I try to open the IP in my browser it redirects to and that is as far as I can get.  I have tried an old version of java and I have also added the IP address to the java exception list but it won't let me connect.  Any ideas?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Btw, I am running Windows 10.  Thanks in advance!
