Title: Unable to manage DSP-W215

Hello everyone, I am at my wits end with this device. I can configure it, add it to my account etc and it all works well for a period of time. After some days (varies) I find I am not able to change the schedule or add a new one. I also cant turn the device on or off. It does show online but is unmanageable via the mydlink app. The only option is to switch the device off and on. Took this to DLink support, they asked me to reset it and also to a manual firmware install. Did all that no luck. Is anyone having this same issue?
