big problem !!!!

  Hy . I'm new here. my device don't work. the only pictures played on the TV is the logo from D-LINK. this problem start when I tried to update the firmware  device . help me please.

Try resetting the unit to factory defaults using the rest button locate on the back. Press and hold for 5 seconds with the power on. You will need a paper clip or pen tip to press in the button.
