hi
i update my modem firmware through web interface.
but after that modem didn't send any respond and only adsl(green) and internet(both red and green) light is on.
after searching i found that only working connection to modem is serial connection.
i have working connection to modem using rx , tx and gnd.
now i need help because i can't find any tutorials that help me repair my dsl modem.
when i read serial port using putty this is the only output when modem boot normally :

Does the modem section of this help any?

i'm from Iran
but no help from regional support.
and guides in Emergency Recovery Mode don't work in this case .
also i tried some other guide , but no success except serial connection but in this one i am unfamiliar with console commands or tricks.
is there any help or hope that can fix this issue ?!

I presume if any of this doesn't work, the unit maybe now bad and needs replacing.
