Here are some screen shots of the DIR-865L's Web page UI options not seen on some other model D-Link routers for those interested:
MyDLinkSettings are only seen on the Cloud series of routers I believe.
Bridge mode is back.

01/2013 Update: I have tested this and it works. Please refer to page 43 of the User Manual PDF for configuration.

IT DOES WORK IN FULL BRIDGE MODE! 
New QoS UI is similar to the DIR-645 and from one DIR-835 I tested. Selectable Transmission Rates for Up link go from 128k to to 20Mb and 1Mb to 100Mb on the Down link. Strict Priority or Weighted options.
NAT settings added in this model is seen on many others accept for the DIR-857 and a few others.
Static WAN to LAN only ROUTE options. LAN to LAN ROUTE is not supported apparently.
4 Preset Dynamic DNS options. No support for any other 3rd party custom DNS services.
Full Storage Network and Web access support via Secure and In-secure connections.
DLNA access from your DLNA supporting devices. Also a feature seen on all Amplifi model routers and a few older model DIR series routers.
iTunes appllication sharing for Apples iTunes application and devices.
Wireless modes only seen on the DIR-865L on 5Ghz. 2.4Ghz is standard and the same as other DIR series routers.
Short GI seems to be no longer available.
New Security options. 3rd party custom DNS options could be used here possibly.
MyDLink settings seen only on the Cloud routers. Click the Register button for new accounts.
