DGS-3130 High CPU utilization
« on: June 22, 2021, 11:07:21 AM »

We are having network problems with dropped packets with any traffic that traverses our core stack. Firmware version 1.16. We have implemented the 'no ip redirects' command, did not help. We have vlans.

show cpu utilization on our 3130 switch reports the following:
Five seconds - 88.24% One minute - 88.27% Five minutes - 87.03%

Any suggestions on how to reduce CPU load, the 3130 switch core stack is not usable in current state.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this.

We find that chat/phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
