hat Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under router.
What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on routers web page under status.

Where did you get the router?

Have you done a factory reset of the router?

I would go to the DLink EU site and download the EU FW file for this unit. You'll need to unpack the .bin file from the .zip file. Try to find where to upgrade the router using the routers web page as best as you can, click thru the menus.

I suppose I could try and help you find it using teamviewer.com

No,i have this router from one week. I try to reset router settings with reset button, but with no result. Is still in Chinese. When i try to find a new update firmware,i found on ftp://gpl.dlink.com/DIR-501/ only chinese language pack.  :(

Going to recommend you return to place of purchase and get another one or a different model.
