Allo,

As per 880L manual, source code should be available at tsd.dlink.com.tw. I can't find it. How soon is it released after the router start of sale?

• What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under the router case.

• What region are you located?

We have no data on when GPL code is posted to the TSD web site. You'll have to keep an eye on it. I would think fairly soon as the 880L has been out for a bit now.

No, nothing... but the website interface is not very friendly... ;) could be hidden somehwere.

When it's posted it will appear or should appear under the DIR/880L menu selections. Eazy to find there. If it's not there then it hasn't been posted yet.

I just did a search with dir-8... 2 pages of routers but it stops at DIR-870... I am going to look for another coding project meanwhile ;)

You can find it here (ftp://ftp.dlink.de/dir/dir-880l/driver_software/DIR-880L_sw_reva_GPLcode.tar.gz).
And if you are interested DIR-880L is now supported by DD-WRT (http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Supported_Devices#D-Link).

I've played a little bit with the dd-wrt version... Tried many combinations... but speed is not comparable to stock firmware and I had issue with my Samsung printer. I've reverted back to stock.

Users will need to reference the WRT site for help and support for it.
