I updated probably 6+ months ago and have never had to save a video, I just went to do it and there is no save button now???

Can you post a screen capture of what your seeing?
What browser are you using?

So I circled the queue in and out (you can see them on the time bar too), but dont know where to save now

What FW version are you using? I see that your date at the bottom of your picture is 2016, mines 2017 on v2.05.01.

Yes I see that there isn't a Save or Record on mine either. I'll ask about this and see...

To save or Export the file to local hard drive use the 'Playback Menu" on the right pane. I can see it on the screenshot but scroll down to see the rest of the menu.
