gpl code update for dlink 321b modem?

on the gpl website http://tsd.dlink.com.tw/GPL.asp is the old gpl code based on firmware 1.01 for the 321b modem. Who is responsible to update this gpl code to the actual code based on firmware 1.05?

P.S. Sorry for my bad english I'm from Germany.

You'll need to phone contact D-Link support and inquire about GPL code.
